Either party may terminate the services at any time with written notice. Upon termination, all outstanding payments for services rendered will remain due. Any confidential information and documentation must be returned or securely disposed of as per the instructions of Falcona Finance.

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the province of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes arising from the use of Falcona Finance's services shall be resolved in the courts of Ontario.
